What access do you need?
Admin access to your Facebook Page and connected Instagram professional account (granted through Meta's business tools, revocable by you at any time), your approved scripts and prices, and your booking link. We walk you through each step during onboarding.
How long does setup take?
Typically days, not weeks, once we have access and your approved answers. We confirm the timeline when we review your application.
What's included in the $397?
The full build: setup, flows, qualification, tagging, testing, launch, tuning — plus your first month of managed automation.
What does the $99/month cover?
The managed infrastructure (including ManyChat), monitoring, broken-flow fixes, minor updates, script and policy changes, platform compatibility maintenance, basic reporting, and lead-routing support. It starts in month two.
Who owns my Instagram account and my customer data?
You do — always. Your Instagram and Facebook accounts, your booking platform, your customer information, your approved scripts, your policies, and your exported lead data are yours. Demigod Studios owns the automation logic, flow templates, and managed infrastructure the service runs on.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep your accounts, your customer data, and an export of your lead data. The managed automation is disconnected, and Demigod Studios retains its workflow logic, templates, and managed infrastructure. No lock-in on anything that's yours.
Can it answer every question?
No — by design. It answers the approved, predictable ones and hands everything else to you. A system that guesses at answers you didn't approve would be a liability, not a service.
Does it manage my live availability?
No. It delivers your booking link, where your real calendar lives. Live availability and booking integrations belong to BFD Concierge.
Is this the same as BFD Concierge?
No. The Missed Lead Fix is rules-based and Instagram-focused. BFD Concierge is the premium managed system: AI reasoning, multiple channels, live booking and CRM integrations, and centralized lead history.
