Who you're buying from
BOOKED FROM DMs is published and sold by Demigod Studios. When you buy the toolkit, these terms are the agreement between you and us. Buying the toolkit means you accept them.
What you're buying
The toolkit is a digital product: a set of downloadable files (the guide, the script library, two audits, the workbook, the quick reference, and the lead tracker spreadsheet). Nothing ships. After checkout you're taken straight to a private download page; save the files to your own device. If anything goes wrong with delivery, email us and we'll get you your files.
Payment
Checkout is handled by Stripe. Your card and payment details go to Stripe, not to us — we never see or store them. The price shown at checkout is the full price; there are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or hidden upsells attached to this purchase.
Refunds — 14 days, no questions asked
If the toolkit isn't a fit, email info@demigodstudios.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. You don't have to explain, justify, or fill anything out, and you keep whatever you've already customized for your own business. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Your license — use it in your business, don't make it a product
Your purchase includes a personal business license covering every file in the download. In plain language:
You can: use everything in the beauty business you own and operate; edit, reword, and adapt any script or template to your services, prices, and voice; send scripts to clients as your own messages with no attribution; print files for your own reference; and keep copies on your own devices.
You cannot: resell the files (as-is, renamed, redesigned, or bundled); share or redistribute them (to a friend, a group chat, a shared drive, or inside a course, membership, or community you run); repackage the content into a product of your own, even heavily reworded; or claim authorship of the guide, frameworks, or script library.
Each license covers one buyer and her business. Sending a script to a client is using it; sharing the script file is redistributing it. Demigod Studios retains full copyright to all content — buying the toolkit gives you the usage rights above, not ownership of the content. The full license text is included in your download.
No income promises
The toolkit is educational and practical material. It teaches a system; it doesn't book clients for you. Your results depend on your services, your market, your prices, and whether you actually implement what's inside. We make no guarantee of bookings, revenue, or any specific outcome, and nothing in the toolkit is legal, financial, or professional advice.
Third-party platforms
The toolkit references Instagram, booking apps, and other third-party services. Those platforms have their own terms, change their features on their own schedule, and aren't affiliated with us. You're responsible for using them within their rules.
Changes to these terms
If we update these terms, the new version applies to purchases made after it's posted. The terms in effect when you bought are the ones that apply to your purchase.
