Browsing this site
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics trackers or ad pixels. Our hosting provider, Netlify, keeps standard server logs (things like IP address and pages requested) as part of serving the site — that's infrastructure, not profiling, and it's governed by Netlify's own privacy policy.
If we ever add basic visitor analytics to understand how the site is used, we'll update this page first and keep it to privacy-respecting measurement — no ad-network pixels.
Buying the toolkit
Checkout happens on Stripe. Stripe collects your payment details and email address to process the charge; your card number never reaches us and we never store it. What we receive from Stripe is the purchase record — your name, email, and what you bought — which we keep so we can deliver the product, honor the 14-day refund policy, and help you if you lose your files.
Application forms (Missed Lead Fix and BFD Concierge)
If you submit an application on this site, the details you enter — your name, contact info, Instagram handle, and the business information the form asks for — are collected through Netlify Forms (our hosting provider) and used for exactly one purpose: reviewing whether the service is a fit and responding to you. Applying doesn't create an account, doesn't charge you anything, and doesn't subscribe you to marketing. If you don't become a client, you can ask us to delete your application at any time. If you do become a managed-service client, a separate service agreement will govern how your business and lead data are handled — you'll see and sign it before anything is billed.
Emailing us
If you email info@demigodstudios.com, we keep the correspondence so we can actually help you. We don't add you to a mailing list — there isn't one attached to this product — and we don't send marketing email you didn't ask for.
Messaging us on Instagram or Facebook
If you DM @bookedfromdms on Instagram or message our Facebook Page, that conversation runs through Meta's platforms and business tools, including automated instant replies. Meta's privacy policy governs what Meta collects. We see the conversation itself and use it only to respond to you.
What we never do
We don't sell your information. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't buy data about you from anyone. The only third parties that touch your data are the ones that make the product work: Stripe (payments), Netlify (hosting), and Meta (if you choose to message us there).
Your choices
Want to know what we hold about you, or want it deleted? Email info@demigodstudios.com and we'll handle it. The one thing we may need to retain is the minimal purchase record required for accounting and refund-dispute purposes.
Changes
If our data practices change — for example, if we add analytics — we'll update this page and the "last updated" date at the top before the change takes effect.
